Your icons are so beautiful. I adore Pre-Raphaelite art. Especially with red heaced women in them. I have a red-headed daughter and the kids at school know they can get away with more in the library if they are a red-head. (mostly just a joke.)
I used to be Ladyhawk, but started over and tried another name. Is that a hawk in your bio? Actually, I like cats and camels and hedgehogs better than birds, any way. Maybe I'm too jealous of their ability to fly! So are my cats.

that's a hawk, yes. I took that picture myself a few weeks ago on our holiday.

I feel flattered you added me, and i wished i could return the favor. A while ago though i added a new friend and deleted her again because there was a lot of drama going on. I liked her, but due of my illness i just couldn't handle her current issues of that moment. I'm afraid i'm throwing myself into the exacxt same puddle if i should add you. Not that i say you have drama going on, or are dealing with problems right now, but see, it would not be fair to my one ex-friend that i unfriended a while back. Your name came up back then and even though i don't know wich words are true or not true, i would prefure to stay out of all this.
I do hope you understand.

i don't add 'new' friends real easy. Most of the time the people i add, i have learned to know through friends.
I have no clue who you are and what kind of person you are, but i'm willing to give it a go.
If you don't like me or find me rather boring, feel free to delete me again. It's perfectly possible we both end up finding out we don't match at all.

Those things happen. You just have to 'learn' by communicating if you have a lot in commen or not.
I'm sometimes rather quiet on Lj. I do hope you don't mind.
